August Club Challenge 2023

This year my local camera club took a summer break from weekly meetings which left the month of August free.

We decided to run a small challenge to take 10 photos through the month on 10 subjects, similar to the RCTPhotomarathon but we ran it over the whole month and didn’t have to take the photos in order – this was to give other members who had never taken part in this kind of challenge a chance to participate around their normal working life and of course it was school holidays.

Well…typical Welsh weather and during the month of August 2023, we had rain, and plenty of it, which hindered some of the themes so unfortunately I wasn’t able to get better photos that I had planned.

Had some fun trying out some new angles when I was able to venture out and had my camera with me.

Not completely happy with some of the images but there are one or two that I enjoyed putting together, even though they were quite challenging for various reasons.
